I have to say I’m pretty fond of my KitchenAid mixer. Before owning one, I honestly couldn’t see what all the fuss was about.
What could you possibly need this stand mixer for that a hand mixer couldn’t do? Sure they come in beautiful, vibrant colors but for the price, it just seemed like overkill.
But then I got one. And fell in love and it was a beautiful thing.
I couldn’t help wanting something a little more spunky and unusual though and after finding so many fun designs for KitchenAid Mixers, I couldn’t help but want to look for more and seek out some inspiration for a future DIY project. Just look at all of these beautiful creations!

I would never have thought to do this! I like them all - but, the leopard print caught my eye because it would be a great gift for my sister. I wonder if I can sneak her Kitchenaid out of her kitchen and "leopardize" it for her birthday. Hmmm - I better start plotting now.
