Keto chili ingredients
Because Keto diets are low carb high fat diets, you’ll want to order fattier meat like 80/20 ground beef or ground chuck for this recipe to make sure you’re in line with your macros. For the seasoning mix, I just used two tablespoons of my homemade taco seasoning. It’s a great seasoning mix to make in bulk that you can use in so many different recipes!
- onion
- garlic
- ground beef/ground chuck
- diced tomatoes and green chiles
- beef broth
- tomato paste
- spices: chili powder, cumin, paprika, red pepper flakes, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, salt
These Keto cheese crisps would make a great crunchy topping for this chili!
