  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl put your flour, salt, and baking soda together and stir, and set aside.
  2. In bowl or mixer cream your butter and sugar together. Then slowly add in one egg at a time and mix until nice and creamy.
  3. Then you want to alternate, the flour mix, and then add a little of the milk and mix until well combined. Add in your extracts, and then coconut flakes.
  4. Pour into a greased bread pan and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until a toothpick goes in and comes out clean.
