Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Place the bottoms of the KING'S HAWAIIAN rolls in a lightly greased 9x13" pan and set aside.

Season the skirt steak with salt, pepper, and 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce and cook over medium heat until cooked through. I like our steak medium, but you can make it as long as you'd like.

Spread steak evenly over bottoms of rolls in prepared dish.

Melt the butter over medium-high heat, then sauté onions for 3-5 minutes before adding green peppers and cook until cooked but not mushy.

Spread the onion/pepper mixture on top of the steak, then evenly drizzle queso over the entire pan. I used about half of a small jar.

If you want to up the spice a little more, sprinkle jalapenos on top of the queso.

Put the roll tops on top of the prepared sandwiches.

Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
