  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place the bottoms of the KING'S HAWAIIAN rolls in a lightly greased 9x13" pan and set aside.
  3. Season the skirt steak with salt, pepper, and 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce and cook over medium heat until cooked through. I like our steak medium, but you can make it as long as you'd like.
  4. Spread steak evenly over bottoms of rolls in prepared dish.
  5. Melt the butter over medium-high heat, then sauté onions for 3-5 minutes before adding green peppers and cook until cooked but not mushy.
  6. Spread the onion/pepper mixture on top of the steak, then evenly drizzle queso over the entire pan. I used about half of a small jar.
  7. If you want to up the spice a little more, sprinkle jalapenos on top of the queso.
  8. Put the roll tops on top of the prepared sandwiches.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
