Buffalo Chicken Cupcakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly spray muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Meanwhile, place chicken in large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and continue to cook until no longer pink.
  3. Remove from water and shred in food processor until shredded thoroughly.
  4. In medium mixing bowl, combine chicken and cream cheese. Then add Buffalo sauce and cheddar cheese to mix.
  5. Half the Stonefire Original Mini naan and wrap one into a bowl shaped and place into each muffin tin opening.
  6. Spoon approximately 2 tablespoons of chicken mix into each naan bowl.
  7. Top with blue cheese (or extra cheddar cheese) and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Serve with chopped green onions.
