  1. Chop pineapple, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro, onion, and tomatoes and put them all in a mixing bowl together including pineapple juice.

  3. Sprinkle mixture with taco seasoning, stir and set aside.
  4. Drizzle the large skillet with olive oil.
