  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Only until combined, do not over mix.
  3. Cut in the butter until the butter is in small pieces and the mix is crumbly.
  4. Stir in milk a little at a time until the dough bowl begins forming in the middle of the bowl.
  5. Flour a hard surface, place dough on top, and knead. You'll only want to do this enough times so that the dough is easy to work with.
  6. Roll dough flat until about 1 inch thick.
  7. Using a biscuit cutter or drinking glass, cut biscuits and place onto ungreased baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until biscuits are golden and the edges are lightly browning.
