Say Goodbye to Diaper Rash

At 10 months old, Cupcake is growing up fast. She’s fearlessly exploring her new world diving into new experiences almost daily. Sometimes I have a hard time keeping up with all of the new changes that are coming our way.

I’ve been fortunate this time around that I was able to get Cupcake on a schedule that worked for her (and the rest of the family) early. In an effort to hopefully fill her little tummy and encourage sleeping through the night, I introduced solid foods earlier. For the last two months, my little chunk has been eating a minimum of three jars of food for dinner and sleeping through the night.

While it’s wonderful that she has reached this milestone of sleeping through the night, it doesn’t come without a new set of considerations. Namely, finding a diaper that can contend with our new schedule. But last week while shopping at Walmart, I picked up some of our sponsor, Huggies, Snug and Dry diapers for my little one and have been really pleased with the results. You can view pictures from my shopping trip here.

When trying out a new diaper the bar tends to rise because you want the new diaper to fill any voids your existing diaper doesn’t. So since we feed Cupcake right before bed, the challenge for Huggies Snug and Dry diapers is to ensure it keeps her dry and clean without leaving a rash. I’m happy to say, Huggies Snug and Dry kept Cupcake dry and clean throughout the night (no early wakings because she felt wet) and we didn’t find any rashes or irritation on Cupcake’s sensitive skin the next morning.

Do you have problems with diaper rash? Have you tried Huggies Snug N’ Dry on your little one?

Do you not have kids or are they no longer in the diaper stage? You can always share  the gift of Huggies with others at baby showers or to celebrate a new arrival!
