Sweet & Spicy Tuna Wrap Recipe

For a quick and easy lunch, I made this Sweet & Spicy Tuna Wrap recipe as part of a partnered post on behalf of Flatout Breads and StarKist tuna.

This year my husband has been on a weight loss journey. Amazingly it didn’t take a miracle drug or a new fad, he’s lost almost 50 pounds through running and eating smart, healthier choices.

Sometimes when making dietary exchanges like trading greasy cheeseburgers and pizza, for salads and wraps can be an adjustment. But when you choose flavorful options that are easy and low in calories these small changes can have big impacts.

Last week for lunch instead of our usual turkey sandwich or salad, we decided to look on the Flatout website for a new lunchtime idea. We used the Starkist sweet and spicy tuna salad to make the Sweet & Spicy Tuna Wrap recipe.

This Starkist Tuna Creations recipe did not disappoint.  We were amazed by how easy and satisfying the combination of ingredients could be and know you won’t be either.

Sweet & Spicy Tuna Wrap

Ingredients

• 1 Flatout® Flatbread
• 1 pouch StarKist Tuna Creations® Sweet & Spicy
• 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
• 2 leaves romaine lettuce
• 1/8 cup shredded carrots
• 1/8 cup sliced red bell pepper

Instructions

1. Lightly spread the mayonnaise over entire Flatout wrap.
2. On one rounded end place lettuce leaves.
3. Top with StarKist Tuna Creations, Sweet & Spicy tuna, shredded carrots and sliced bell pepper.
4. Roll, cut and enjoy!
