All-purpose flour
Baking soda
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Vanilla extract
Coconut oil
peeled, pitted, pureed or finely diced
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg together. In a separate bowl, combine the vanilla extract, coconut oil, and eggs. Mix the wet ingredients mix with the dry ingredient mix until well combined. Finally, fold the peaches into the batter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
