Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Lightly grease 8x8 baking dish with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter All Purpose Baking Stick and set aside.
  3. Fill large pot half full of water and bring to a boil. Gently place whole peaches into boiling water.
  4. While peaches are boiling, prepare large mixing bowl 3/4 full of ice cold water.
  5. Allow peaches to boil for 1 minute then remove from boiling water and immediately place into ice water.
  6. Skin of peaches should slide off with your fingertips, then slice peaches. You don't want the slices too thin or your cobbler will be mushy.
  7. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, vanilla, and milk.
  8. Gently fold peaches into flour mix and spread evenly into prepared dish.
  9. Place small pieces of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter evenly across peach mix.
  10. Mix together topping and evenly disperse over cobbler.
  11. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until topping is golden brown.
  12. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
