Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/3 c. white sugar
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. unsalted butter melted
- 1.25 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a small bowl, mix together flour, salt, and baking soda. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and butter. Mix together until smooth, then add in the egg.

Mix dry and wet ingredients together until well combined.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Drop by rounded spoon (or cookie scoop) onto ungreased cookie sheet

Bake 8-10 minutes in preheated oven.
