  1. Cream butter and salt until fluffy.
  2. Mix in 1 cup of the powdered sugar.
  3. Slowly mix in remaining powdered sugar and mix until thoroughly combined
  4. Place desired tip (these cupcakes were made using a Wilton #129 inside a large piping bag.
  5. Paint 4 separate stripes (different colors) on the inside of the bag.
  6. Scoop frosting into the piping bag.
  7. Pipe onto cooled cupcakes.
