Since the weather is so temperate here in Austin, we do a lot of entertaining year round. Even when it’s sweltering outside and the temps are over 100, you can still find people dining al fresco at restaurants and having backyard BBQs. Us included.
With all of that entertaining we’ve been doing, we’ve also been trying to make our way through the 40+ pounds of fish we caught in Florida and brought home. Coming up with new ways to dress up fish tacos can sometimes seem overwhelming, but when you top it off with the best fruit salsa recipe ever you’re sure to have a light, fresh, and flavorful dish to enjoy this summer!
