Quick & Easy Chimichurri Chicken Recipe
As someone that’s been on more diets than I can count, I can tell you plain grilled chicken gets boring fast. It doesn’t matter what you do, it always ends up dry and in need of a sauce.
So whenever we grill chicken, we always have a sauce for it. And our current favorite is this easy chimichurri sauce.
It’s light, flavorful, with just a tiny bit of acid from the red wine vinegar. This sauce is so good you’ll even want to spread it on your veggies.
Chimichurri all the things!
Ingredients:
- Chicken
- Cilantro
- Italian Parsley
- Olive Oil
- Red Wine Vinegar
- Garlic
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt

Chimichurri Chicken
This Quick & Easy Chimichurri Chicken recipe is the perfect summer salad for your next BBQ! This easy shrimp recipe is light, flavorful, and Keto friendly!
Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Italian parsley
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Lightly season both sides of chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place on preheated grill.

Grill chicken until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

While chicken is cooking, prepare chimichurri sauce by adding all other ingredients to food processor until blended smooth.

Serve chicken topped with a generous serving of chimichurri sauce!
