Vacation Sick Kit for Kids
I have been busy planning our family vacations for this summer, we have a little beach getaway coming up so I've been making sure my car kit is stocked, buying last minute summer necessities like bug spray and sunscreen and checking my first aid kit.

A friend of mine recommended this and our lives were forever changed, well at least our tummy aches were. Always two kinds of fever reducers/pain relievers so you can alternate to break fevers. A thermometer of course and we pack rags to use as cool compresses in the event of high fever.
My son's fevers have always run really high so we usually have to use fever reducers and compresses to lower them. And finally I learned with my daughter that we must have probiotics and electrolytes at all times. I throw all of these items in a tupperware because it's compact, won't spill out in your car or suitcase and doubles as a throw up bucket!
